All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom and personalized items require production time and are not eligible for same-day processing.

If we experience a higher-than-normal order volume, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We primarily ship orders using USPS unless an alternative carrier is preferred or required.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages returned to sender by the carrier

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.
